Shipping Policy

All orders and shipped and processed through USPS Priority Mail. Your shipping price will be calculated at checkout if your order is under $50. Our processing time is 1-2 business days and products are shipped out 3-5 business days after your order has been placed and your confirmation number has been sent. After your order has been shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email along with your tracking number to track your order.

Refund Policy

Due to the type and nature of our products ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUND CAN BE ISSUED. However, if you received the wrong item, please email us at info@kibribeauty.com so we can assess the issue and find the best solution for you! In your email to us, please include your name, order number, and proof of what items were missing or incorrect.

 

We do take full responsibility for orders that consists of missing items!

IMPORTANT: to be eligible for exchange, the items/products MUST NOT have/show any sign of being used or worn. If your case follows protocol, you will receive a return shipping label via email in order to send the items back to us. We will then mail your correct order to you!
